    Overall working here is good and relaxed, with fair and competitive salary
    The good things5 days work a week with good work-life balance and no overtime. The environment is low stress, with friendly and supportive supervisors and colleagues. Management provides good guidance, and teammates are always willing to help. Salary is reasonable for the role.
    The challengesSome facilities could be improved, and introducing more systemized software would help streamline processes, improving work efficiency and effectiveness

    Poor salary prospect, hard to learn stuff
    The good things5 day working. No OT culture among colleagues. Easy plan holiday and take leaves. Can talk directly to top management like boss and manager.
    The challengesManagement always have new plans announce in meetings but cannot do because of various reasons. Some proper work system no one follow so job scope for everyone is messy and sometimes need do do other people work. Working here for 4 years but no add salary or bonus more than half month, company should use performance review system like KPI to reward staff. Because of certain incident occur now we take only half salary for uncertain amount of time.

    Relaxed Work Life but No Job Advancement
    The good thingsno stress. regular hours. no inter or intra department politics. 5 day job so you get to rest at weekends easy to apply for leave
    The challengesno salary increment. no career advancement. no allowances. no performance appraisal system. no year end bonuses company in constant debt (not major issue because it can be easily solved, but it is not done due to confidential reasons by top management)

    A new beginning for Fresh Graduate
    The good thingsThe boss is kinda hard to understand but he is okay because listen to the employees. Sometimes, the people celebrate our birthday together so people do not feel lonely when their special day. In addition, the company did provide us a home to stay and give us to make decision either to stay at the given house or find a new one, given the condition that we are fresh graduate and new person in town.
    The challengesThe boss kinda hard to understand and we need to make the decision ourselves. Even the job given is multitasking, where we need to handle 4 job at a time but still in our job scope. No guidance given is a bit hard for us in the early on the hand the job make us know how to manage real life. No increment given and might think many times for transferring to a new job.
