The challengesManagement always have new plans announce in meetings but cannot do because of various reasons.
Some proper work system no one follow so job scope for everyone is messy and sometimes need do do other people work.
Working here for 4 years but no add salary or bonus more than half month, company should use performance review system like KPI to reward staff.
Because of certain incident occur now we take only half salary for uncertain amount of time.
