    Great experience, gained a wide range of knowledge and skills with a positive work environment.
    The good thingsHandled multiple small to medium scale projects all from design stage to authority submissions and construction drawings & details. Including liaising with client, contractors and consultants. Friendly staffs, positive boss and work environment.
    The challengesLarge tasks with short time constraint. However, I have learnt to multitask, deliver and be more independent to carry the entire project throughout my experience here so far.

    The good thingsUnderstanding management, allow good work-life balance, almost never required to work after hours (rare for an architect office), positive boss & environment.
    The challengesWill have some challenges for junior staff because boss is a bit busy to give guidance, need to catch him for any consultation/discussion. Other than that, none.
