    The good thingsNo pros working here.
    The challenges-Weak management structure with limited transparency and accountability - No proper Human Resources support for staff concerns or grievances -Reports of student misconduct, including injustice towards teachers, are not effectively addressed -Perceived bias and lack of fairness in decision-making at leadership level -Concerns regarding workplace culture, professionalism, and staff respect -Limited support for teacher safety and well-being -Organisational and compliance concerns that may affect overall working conditions
