Not a great place to work for support lines

The challengesLow increment, support lines not entitled to bonus and OT/ replacement leaves, lack of communication and coordination between group and local management, inexperienced managers (certain departments), crowded working space, lack of automation, lack of resources (headcount, training, support, performance recognition, IT advancement) for support lines

    Excited to see what's ahead
The good thingsCompany is very goal-centric and know its target audience. Company provide trainings and interesting webinars including those of mental health to employees which is definitely a plus.
The challengesSometimes, working with overseas colleagues felt very distant and do not amplify the One TMF factor i.e. there is always a barrier, probably due to culture and working style differences.

Recruiter have no respect towards others
The good thingsInterviewers are quite nice and respectful. If it’s not for the attitude and behaviour of the recruiter, people might accept the offer.

    Intern
The good thingsThe seniors in my team are willing to guide me through the task given. They are patient enough to teach me whenever I feel confused with the process. Overall, they won't allow intern to work overtime. This company also has Leisure Club which organize badminton activities twice a month. Can know each other from different department.
The challengesYou can hear someone talk bad about others in the pantry. (Not often, and it's normal in very organization)

The management do not know how to utilize their resources, but pointing the resources as extra liabilities, not performing.
The good thingsDo have improvement compare with few years ago.
The challengesthis company rate their staff by their going home hours. if you go home late, mean you are working, so many works needs to be done, so busy. if you go home on the dot, mean you are so free, not much work to do. mean you are not productive. this company do not suitable for those with good time management.

Learn a lot of new things
The good thingsAlways help each other and work as a team. Easy to communicate with everyone and feel like a family. I have learn a lot from the team and they were really friendly and easy to share their knowledge. It was a great experience for me to be working here.
The challengesSometimes its quite hard to communicate with the client especially from outside of the country. I have to explain our Malaysia rules & regulation along with the format for example GST filing. So maybe the company can expose more to client about the accounting rules in Malaysia by giving them a training for example. Other than that, as a contract worker I thought maybe in future the company could give more benefit along with EPF & SOCSO.
