The good thingsWork with TNB. TNB program and event that give more opportunity that gives more experience with open minds further for the future to the company.

The challengesIt hard to work together, teamwork and other relates. No Digital Workforce or Digitalization that still hybrid between manual and digital. No safe data. Sometimes no fairness. No career growth or progress of career growth. There are different between Father and subsidiary which separate entity.
