    Must really interested and like the job
    The good thingsGood boss, always give opportunity to worker to handle and manage themselves. Can learn a lot of things and can recognize many people. Communication skills will improve as can communicate with different people. Friendly working environment, no office politics, colleague nice. There have chinese and malay restaurant beside the office, no need go too far lunch. No need kupon for parking.
    The challengesBoss too busy, no time teach everything. Must enough independent, sometimes no senior to guide fresh graduate. Must have strong body, always OT including public holiday and Sunday when rush project. Must have clear mind during work and sleep, need manage few things in one time. Everything need to handle myself when no enough worker to help. Need bring power bank to work as phone will die quickly.
