    A Company with Potential, but Culture Needs Fixing
    The good thingsEmployees are very friendly and approachable. Creating a supportive environment among peers. Great medical benefits ONLY.
    The challengesOne of the more challenging aspects was the inconsistency in management practices. At times, decisions appeared to be reflected as double standard. To be able to deceived the top management and employee of their DEI propaganda that has impacted the employee morale and trust within the organization. Often times, certain HOD overextend their authority, which will lead to lack of psychology safety in workplace. Based on my observation, internal politics were a recurring issue, creating a tense and divided work environment. A more transparent and fair approach with leadership accountability could go a long way. But this made me, wonder what has been the HR department doing all this time?

    Overall, working here involves moderate stress, with many details to manage and oversee. Final decisions are always made by top management. The company is highly sales and trade-driven (or B2B driven), with a strong focus on ROI for all activities.
    The good thingsThe colleagues here are helpful and friendly and It's also very easy to mingle with everyone, which creates a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
    The challengesThe inflexible working hours and mandatory office presence can be challenging. Additionally, the small scale of the company means that many processes are not systematic enough to fully support the company's vision and goals.

There’s also a lack of adequate resources and support for employees, which can make it difficult to meet performance targets.

    The good thingsThe overall working environment, people and career growth is what I enjoy the most in Tong Woh. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, and the company provides opportunity for career growth by providing workshops/trainings and also higher responsibility tasks for me to grow.
    The challengesThe challenges I've been facing is that the company is still not very well structured which brings in a lot of difficulties when something happens but it can also be considered as a good thing whereby people can learn from the mistakes and improvise better plans for the future.
