A Company with Potential, but Culture Needs Fixing
The good thingsEmployees are very friendly and approachable. Creating a supportive environment among peers. Great medical benefits ONLY.
The challengesOne of the more challenging aspects was the inconsistency in management practices. At times, decisions appeared to be reflected as double standard. To be able to deceived the top management and employee of their DEI propaganda that has impacted the employee morale and trust within the organization. Often times, certain HOD overextend their authority, which will lead to lack of psychology safety in workplace.
Based on my observation, internal politics were a recurring issue, creating a tense and divided work environment. A more transparent and fair approach with leadership accountability could go a long way. But this made me, wonder what has been the HR department doing all this time?
