    My experience headline, is can handle kitchen for safety and higine, also can make a paper work of market order, also can do and cook with odering form costumer.

    The good thingsFUN PLACE, FRIENDLY MANAGERS, I LEARNED ALOT WHEN I WAS WORKING THERE. TONY ROMA'S IS A GREAT PLACE TO LEARN AND GROW, BASIC LEARNINGS STARTS THERE, AND FROM THERE UPGRADING YOURSELF IS YOUR CHOICE. APART FROM THAT, PEOPLE THAT IS HAVE MET THERE HAVE NEVER FAILED TO KEEP ON TEACHING ME WHATEVER THEY'VE LEARNED. SO, IF YOU'RE A FRESH GRADUATE AND LOOKING FOR A GOOD START, TONY ROMA'S IS A GREAT CHOICE! GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!

    The good thingsI really like to work at this restaurant, because of its friendly environment. The managers here are also very nice and always give the right guidance. That makes me always want to continue to work every day.
    The challengesTo be honest, I had to lift heavy food products every day. And that makes my spinal cord always in pain. My hands are also often numb.

    To much paper work,working like 24hour ,disturb off day,not enjoy environment
    The good thingsStaff meal for manager only can sign RM 10..can drink soda as much u can,eat soup as much u can
    The challengesNot enough staffng and management,need to find ourself,human resourse did't help,too much paper work,action plan,etc.even manager need to punch in or out and also break time.operation manager Dave selfish ,only shouting to fill his sastified.
