    Don't ever join their IT dept
    The good thingsAny issue will not be an issue to you anymore after leaving their IT dept. You're going to laugh those complain about their work nor working environment in your future company.
    The challengesOutdated technology used by IT, no direction, your boss going to know you complaining about them, they just blame on you on everything without any prove. When you ask them to show you, they cannot bring out any prove on table.

    The good thingsMy supervisor did assign me with few projects to handle and all team members are very supportive and kind. There are so much knowledge I gain from this opportunity as an engineer during my internship session.

    Most of the the task I did was testing various chemical, matching the real product with standard given, review, revise and update working instruction. I also gained experience to handle various machine by myself.
    The good thingsI enjoy working under TORAY Group (Malaysia) because every staff were friendly and always ready to help each other when needed. Other than that, this company always prioritize their staff's safety which make me feels safe while working. Last but not least, this company gives a lot of benefit to their staff.

    The good thingsLearn hands on experience with real maintenance job. Learn new things in Design and fabrication process. Learn about the preventive maintenance inside factory including the lubrication in machines. Learn how to improve the available system in machines.

    The good thingsThe company is well equipped for R&D lab work. The company is experience in Quality System ISO 9001. The company has a good working environment. The company provides training for fresh graduates. Stress free workload.
    The challengesThe company salary is somewhat not up to par. There were limited exposure to recent developments and updates in the industry. Limited excess to internet during my time working in the company, which does not help in R&D work.
