    Don't ever join their IT dept
    The good thingsAny issue will not be an issue to you anymore after leaving their IT dept. You're going to laugh those complain about their work nor working environment in your future company.
    The challengesOutdated technology used by IT, no direction, your boss going to know you complaining about them, they just blame on you on everything without any prove. When you ask them to show you, they cannot bring out any prove on table.
