    Good for work experience.
The good thingsGood for experience. Multi tasking skill will definitely improved. Ability to work in intense pressure will shape your career if you can get past through it. Work life balance was ok for some position.
The challengesPoor management. Most of the HOD and HR boss are not capable people, all came from previous company. Not really count as Toshiba. The top management need to reset, starting anew. Directors from Japan need to be more aware. Too many dead woods sitting at the top, they would not cut it at different company. Their comfort zone was secured by their 20 years of stagnation and politics play

    A lot of internal politics
The good thingsFlexible working hours which they have only started implementing and kind HR executives. The company also likes to focus on team building which is organized once in a semester. Overall can be a great company with some good colleagues once a bond has been established among peers. Best part is parking is free of charge and the area has a lot of nice restaurants to have lunch.
The challengesInternally, everyone works with their own agenda and teamwork is not possible in this company. I have tried my best to work out differences but the attitude of some staff is really unacceptable and make the working environment feel foul. Basic salary of this company is not that great too and climbing the ladder seems almost impossible. Though this is a good place to challenge your ability to handle stressful situations internally and externally.

    Challenging but enjoyable working
The good thingsIt's nice that the employees are so friendly with each other, It feels like I've started working with family. It's also good that they give a respectable amount of rest to the workers so they can be in tip-top form.
The challengesI think the thing that can make this company better if it has more space or if there's an indicator of which sections is what department.
