    Stressed Finance Staff
The good thingsCompany is profitable, motivates staffs to work harder.
The challengesWorking at home Sunday and Public Holidays, request by corporate office to close account, with clueless department head.

    Good for work experience.
The good thingsGood for experience. Multi tasking skill will definitely improved. Ability to work in intense pressure will shape your career if you can get past through it. Work life balance was ok for some position.
The challengesPoor management. Most of the HOD and HR boss are not capable people, all came from previous company. Not really count as Toshiba. The top management need to reset, starting anew. Directors from Japan need to be more aware. Too many dead woods sitting at the top, they would not cut it at different company. Their comfort zone was secured by their 20 years of stagnation and politics play
