Not really recommend to work here if you are still looking for another job within the year.
The good things1) Colleague are friendly and helpful
2) Can learn and grow what field you want to develop here
3) Working hours no sat & sun
4) Can experience fast pace work here
The challenges1) Management has favoritism which is difficult for you to be promoted.
2) If you're working at HQ then you can join a lot of activities but feel pity for the other branches heard they didn't even make a gathering dinner or sport activities.
3) Be more careful of the offer letter if you want to resign less than a year at here you need to pay the bond period which I honestly think is a nuisance.

Overall, while I appreciated the structured system and timely payments, the frequent delivery delays were challenging and left me feeling disappointed in achieving customer satisfaction and sales goals.

Internal systems were well-organized and efficient.
The challenges- Product delivery was often delayed (2–3 months), leading to order cancellations.
- Missed sales targets and cases of customer dissatisfaction, including blacklisting, due to delivery issues.

The challengesDidn't know how to respect developers. Prioritize sales over software ,does not give credit to developers. All the Credit goes to sales. Poor software management cycle and does not respect software, benefits and salary offered is way lower than market price, does not follow the job scope.

The good thingsA lots thing to learn / opportunity for career path. Especially for newbies just graduated from study. Good working environment.
Another good things is there is sport club committee in this company and they will organize activities like bowling tournament, movie night, fruit fiesta and so on which really helps in team bonding.

Great place to start learning corporate work
The good thingsI learn how to multitasking and solve challenging customer enquiries and send technician to rectify the problems in time. You have to pick up incoming calls and key into system at the same time. Do filing and send bills to customer, sometimes need to call sales department and logistics department to arrange new machine delivery and call back technician to ensure service job completed on time.
The challengesSometimes you have to deal with angry and rediculously demanding customer. One must learn how to deal with emotions and you have to maintain a positive thinking and get ready to face any unexpected situation such as urgent toner delivery, or sudden changes of machine delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances eg:lorry breakdown and you have to call up all relevant parties to inform accordingly.
