Not really recommend to work here if you are still looking for another job within the year.

The good things1) Colleague are friendly and helpful 2) Can learn and grow what field you want to develop here 3) Working hours no sat & sun 4) Can experience fast pace work here

The challenges1) Management has favoritism which is difficult for you to be promoted. 2) If you're working at HQ then you can join a lot of activities but feel pity for the other branches heard they didn't even make a gathering dinner or sport activities. 3) Be more careful of the offer letter if you want to resign less than a year at here you need to pay the bond period which I honestly think is a nuisance.
