Appreciate your old and highly experience staff and the staff will take care of your company.
The good thingsThe benefits if simply one of the best amongs Malaysian company.
The challengesToo much politics and too many new hired managers that did not know how to do their jobs making your day to day task difficult. Workload is too much and your managers does not even care for your career advancement. Be prepare to do jobs that are no added value.

    Incompetent Developers
The good thingsNone. Literally none. What is good here ?
The challengesWorking with the other developers here made me feel like working with a bunch of interns. Even the seniors are worst than interns in my previous company. I wonder how did they land a programming job without basics of coding and logical thinking. People are sarcastic and mean yet still couldn't do their job well.

Just an OK depending on Department you worked in
The good thingsInitiative by HR to get staff engaged. Casual attire in daily basis. Working and collaboration with co-colleagues from different departments were good.
The challengesBoss mentality rather a leader. Yelling staff in front of other staff really not a good attitude. The company should be promoting respect amongst staff and do the right thing at the right time.

Poor work life balance, lack of benefits & perks
The good things- Good colleagues. People are nice to work with. Nice prayers room for solat. Location is good for LRT. - Challenging works so you can grow...stressful
The challenges- Lack of flexibility. Must enter office by 9.30am, tap at 9.31am considered late, will receive warning letters. At the same time, expected to work till late i.e 9-10 working hours (excl lunch time) on average. - Office environment so so. No pantry supply other than filtered water. Coffee from vending machine, need to pay, only kat level 9 - Lack of facilities that help you work efficiently. Need to find a projector for every meeting room. No external monitor for IT work. - Poor management. Lack of proper policies & slow processes. Everything is still manual and messy. Very localised culture.
