    The good thingsWith various kinds of exposure, able to learn many things. Good colleagues, easy to communicate with.
    The challengesDidn't pay very well, takes a lot of time to move from one position to one position. Top management always didn't put much care into employee welfare

    Good Place To Learn and do EVERYTHING, Hardly to Growth

    The challengesYou need to adapt with new things faster. If not, you will left behind. Your job scope will be a general, means you need to be multi-tasking across other people's task. The financial terms and allocation for staff for claim purposes for me is quite hard to understand, sometimes because it will keep changes (cut cost). Lack of colleagues lead to stress in performing tasks.
