What’s it like working at Tourism Selangor?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Tourism Selangor provides employees with learning opportunities through varied exposure, along with a good team environment that encourages collaboration across divisions. There are also networking opportunities to connect with industry players and other government-linked companies. The working environment is positive, with good staff benefits.

However, some potential challenges exist such as compensation that could be improved, slow career progression, and a need for top management to be more attentive to employee welfare. Additionally, employees must adapt quickly to multi-task across various roles, which can lead to stress when there is a lack of colleagues. The financial policies and claim processes are also an area that some find difficult to understand, particularly when they change frequently for cost-cutting purposes.

Good Place To Learn and do EVERYTHING, Hardly to Growth
The good thingsteam-work across other division.
The challengesYou need to adapt with new things faster. If not, you will left behind. Your job scope will be a general, means you need to be multi-tasking across other people's task. The financial terms and allocation for staff for claim purposes for me is quite hard to understand, sometimes because it will keep changes (cut cost). Lack of colleagues lead to stress in performing tasks.
