    Flexible working environment but weak in company management
    The good things- Flexibility was given no matter in design and the work arrangement - Great and supportive colleagues - Supportive product manager
    The challengesAbout the Job - Multi-tasking is required - Something out of your jobscope is required - One man show About the company - Less benefits, no EPF contributions during probation - Bad in financial management causing retrenchment happened. - Travel tech company but using an out-source tech team. - Toxic sales team who think the top earner will lead the company. - Company direction and structure change from time to time. - The management request the employee to clean toilet by turns during the hard time.

    The challenges- non-fixed salary date (quite late) - difficult to do claim - less benefits

    for people to gain experience is okay but for people who want to work long, not recommended
    The good things- great work-life balance - flexible lunch hour period
    The challenges- unproper management - hire new staff only for one month to a few months and then decide to downsize the company resulting in termination
