    The challengesI once lost an incredible amount of Funds to a fake Binary option Brokers, It all started from a phone call and after some persuasion I decided to invest, after months of constant investment I decided to ask for a payout this was the beginning of my turmoil, to my dismay I was still asked to invest more.     The good thingsFun environment with great colleagues. Very supportive boss always encouraging to learn and improve. No pay cut during MCO, actually got increment and the company is expanding so feel job security is good. Always implementing the newest technologies to improve efficiency. Never get bored here. Always a full list of new things being built to support the companies growth. Good pay and career progression. Company usually promotes from within.
    The challenges6am - 3pm workday can be rough with the early start, although now the company has fully switched to work from home so it's less of an issue. Company follows Australia public holidays, so sometimes need to take extra leave for local holiday. Maintaining some of the older systems from past developers can be annoying. Need to get things done fast when the business needs them.

    The good thingsMy manager encourages everyone towards success. The pressure is always there as its a sales environment but nevertheless you get paid well and your career growth is definite. You just have to do what is right for the business!

    Friendly working environment with wonderful people
    The good thingsThe best thing about working at Tradingpost is the working environment / culture.The company has a mixture of people form all parts of the world making it a wonderful place to work.The facilities are nice and the staff,employees and bosses are all very respectful and friendly and supportive.
    The challengesBased on your position,the time required to be at work would be a challenge as work/duties is carried out by keeping in mind of the Australian time.Thus the job requires one to be at work earlier than the usual working time in Malaysia.But the perks is you get to finish work soon and escape the traffic.

    Good colleagues, terrible management
    The good thingsOffice condition is good, very clean, tidy. Location at mid valley is also good. Ground employees are friendly and always up for a chat.
    The challengesTreat employees better. Too much corporate excrements for a small company. Expecting employee to put in extra work for no compensation.
