The good thingsFun environment with great colleagues. Very supportive boss always encouraging to learn and improve. No pay cut during MCO, actually got increment and the company is expanding so feel job security is good. Always implementing the newest technologies to improve efficiency. Never get bored here. Always a full list of new things being built to support the companies growth. Good pay and career progression. Company usually promotes from within.

The challenges6am - 3pm workday can be rough with the early start, although now the company has fully switched to work from home so it's less of an issue. Company follows Australia public holidays, so sometimes need to take extra leave for local holiday. Maintaining some of the older systems from past developers can be annoying. Need to get things done fast when the business needs them.
