    The good thingsThey provide accommodation for unmarried person. Flexible time to work. Thank god I have a very supportive team and seniors. They help me a lot. I like working here with various team.

Doesnt hv proper system, using whatsapp and own phone to communicate to each other, 24 hr see incoming whatsapp (notification) as constructions working non stop. too many documents and print out paper. need to self learn about something as superior always busy

Skills and knowledge could be developed through the employment period as an abundance of training for staff is provided especially if you're fresh graduates in the company. Keen on giving guidance and exposure is absolutely vital in developing ones' career journey.

    The good thingsLearning new things, friendly people. The seniors/employers are very open and always willing to teach as long as you show your willingness and effort to work and gain knowledge. The best thing was that they would give chances to fresh graduates to show what they're worth and do their best to gain experiences as much as possible.

    The good thingsMy supervisor taught me a lot even though he is so busy handling the project. He took care of his employee. A lot of new things i have learned there. I experienced how the real world of civil engineering works.
    The challengesAll the project member is the young one, so many things they need to learn and learn from the experienced longer than them. could have work only half day for the Saturday for balancing work and life balance.

    The good thingsThey would give you everything you need at the beginning of a project. Good place for learning. Tonnes of mega and cool projects.
    The challengesbeen here for almost 4 years. Still a contract staff. Was promised a permanent position but nada. Not disappointed, just not happy. Everyone knows everyone up there. but its pretty dark down here.

    Challenges on Working at Construction Office
    The good thingsEveryday got learnt something new. The work is by functional area. Working with various subcontractor which need a communication within the organisation. The project manager always monitor, update their worker performance. Besides, the employer do have routine to gather, or make a briefing with their staff. Benefits for all staff is also good.
    The challengesInteraction with Human Resources Department is quite hard since they want to control all staff activity without concerning the difficulty of staff itself. Communication sometimes goes wrong with subcontractor due to long level of communication and it takes time.

    The good thingsYou can learn a lot of things about construction cases and problems , at the same time you can get more solutions and ideas from the superior who in charge these construction field. It is not just related with civil and structure but you also can learn a lot of things that related with mechanical and electrical works, airport system and also which are you cannot find easily in other sectors.
