    The good things- Mgmt & leader - supportive, encouraging & adapt new ways to engage site ppl - Lot opportunity for grow up - Everybody can voice out opinion - work hard can be rewarding - working area & environment fair place, can be better if u want it (mgmt no issue)
    The challenges- long working hour - avg salary raise -
