Offers “growth” with absolute limits. The good thingsThe general culture and management of the company is as you’d expect, sometimes better when it comes to how assimilated they are with the Malaysian scene. But there are some obvious “glass ceilings” here when you wind up at the wrong departments.
The challengesMy biggest challenge would be the pace of the company. It doesn’t embody the fast changing and adapting behaviour for a digital/tech driven company that they thrive to be. Process management structures can be better, and promises shouldn’t be said if bosses/management aren’t planning to keep it. Too many ad-hoc work that gets in-between employee work goals, and when it overwhelms employee, it somehow reflects on employee performance, and “ability to cope”.
