    The good thingsStability & long established company since Sime Darby Travel. Place to learn corporate management for travel planner. Well updated about travel industrial and many airlines product briefing to enhance product knowledge. Good place to learn and enhance customer service quality with SME company. Good to learn and experience in Abacus system. Friendly HR department & co workers. Nice bosses.
    The challengesPassive manager and no initiative to help junior. Need good leadership Manager to provide good example Manager should be equal to staffs or co workers and should avoid favoritism. Manager should take full responsibility help the head department or staffs which need assistance or problem solving as not just take credit. Wrong doing should be bear on upper level & not push to subordinates.
