    Great place to work!
The good thingsAmazing teamwork and camaraderie amongst the team. Ability to hone your skills and learn from various people in the company. Knowledge sharing sessions that help to improve the quality of work. Open communication from top to bottom.
The challengesThe task can get a bit mundane due to highly niche and specialise role.

Fast pace and yet bad management
The good thingsFlexi working hours, fast pace working environment
The challengesAlot of misalignment, no problem solving skills and leadership are poor. Sunshine and rainbow all the time, they try not to upset everyone and yet nothing gets delivered. Too much emphasize on happiness index and less on work deliveries. Great for employees but bad for company progression. Career progression and development is totally non-exist.

Great team, not much prospect for career advancement
The good thingsTeam is really great. Big boss is friendly and often ask after the staff's wellbeing. You can request to go for courses/classes/workshops related to job scope - room to learn. Kind of flexi-timing. Finish your work on time, and you can get away with not always being on time to work (unless you've got meetings).
The challengesEverything has to be sunshine and rainbows. Hard to bring up issues without someone getting offended even if solution is suggested. Problem solving is something the company has to look into. Not much room for career progression. You're expected to do work beyond your expertise without being given prior training.

    Young & Fun
The good thingsyoung colleague, fun attitude, flexible working hours, & travelling benefit.
The challengesThe expectation sometimes are beyond logic. The management tends to set target higher & wilder than what they can achieve.
