    Overwhelming and exciting
    The good thingsmeeting new people , allowed me to assist and learn from all aspects, very supportive workmates, very helpful colleagues, fun and exciting environment with all sorts of creative flairs, such a great company to work for. Overwhelming at times but its always a rewarding task in the end
    The challengesneed more individuals especially in the marketing department as for the area is large and there is alot of challenges from all areas (leasing/fnb/entertainment) more systematic.
