Worst experience for a first time job (Payroll Associate)
The good thingsBenefits in terms of medical and facilities.
The challengesLucky if u have the central team and worst if you're working for the ADP team. Very little guidance and had a furious supervisor which was super stressful. Your days will be great if your colleagues are on leave their workload will be yours on that day. They have a very bad management in terms of taking care of the employee. Employee in this team always resign their job due to heavy workload and pressure.

Friendly, sweet , and good environment working place
The good thingsI had learnt different type of skills during my intern, Tricor helps me to improve my communication skills and teamwork skills. The staffs in Tricor's group is friendly and willing to help you if you facing any problems. The working environment is quite comfortable. While intern in Tricor, I had more exposure to my studies about Company Secretary. I have the chance to learn the new system, attend the Agm as scrutineer and more.
The challengesThe challenges that I faced while intern in Tricor are the responsibilities is increasing day by day . Sometimes , we might need to travel outstation if the customers request for . It might make your personal time lesser as you have to work more to complete the tasks. As the challenges for ones who work here is you might not have your own time and even need to scracifice your weekends time to complete your client tasks.

    Good Learning Platform
The good thingsThe pay is within the market rate and yearly increment happens every year. Good learning opportunities due Tricor is actually a shared service firm which you might be able to deal with a lot of cases.
The challengesFor those working in Account service team, company might send you to client place for secondment jobs for few days/weeks in a month. Depends on what portfolio you got.

Teach you how to swim, expect you to fly
The good thingsYour copy and paste skill will improve. A lot of opportunity to learn, with so little guidance from your superior you'll learn how to be independent and find your own solution. Working environment is somewhat flexible, with the occasional HR compliant. Other than that, people here are friendly and nice, not much of a competitive vibe like other firms. Relatively nice area to work in, new office and lots of food nearby.
The challengeseverything is a challenge here. they are not hiring you to be a part of a team, you are just here to fill up a position, like a factory worker expected to meet your production quota. depending on which group you get assigned you, your work nature will vary. also be prepared to donate your soul to this company.
