Worst experience for a first time job (Payroll Associate)
The good thingsBenefits in terms of medical and facilities.
The challengesLucky if u have the central team and worst if you're working for the ADP team. Very little guidance and had a furious supervisor which was super stressful. Your days will be great if your colleagues are on leave their workload will be yours on that day. They have a very bad management in terms of taking care of the employee. Employee in this team always resign their job due to heavy workload and pressure.
