    Absolutely Terrible. Avoid
The good thingsThe people in my team who weren’t management.
The challenges- Clients are just revenue to them - Over reliance on AI, Management would send out AI generated emails with Care Partners names attached without their permission and prior warning causing worry and miscommunication with clients. - Unrealistic KPI and workload - New people pretty much get a full workload in the first 2 weeks due to high staff turnover and are expected to hit the ground running with not much training. - If you aren’t best friends with management, good luck. - Hires people in leadership roles that have no idea what they are doing and causes team morale to die and motivation to drop. Overall, wouldn’t recommend.

My experience at Trilogy Care Pty Ltd has been rewarding, with opportunities to support others
The good thingsI enjoy working at Trilogy Care Pty Ltd because of the supportive team environment, opportunities to learn and grow, and the chance to make a positive impact in people’s lives.
The challengesOne of the main challenges is adapting to the new aged care reforms introduced by the Australian Government, which require staying up to date with changing regulations, systems, and processes while continuing to deliver high-quality care.
Communications TeamThank you so much for sharing this — it genuinely means a lot to hear. The heart of what we do at Trilogy Care is the people, and it's wonderful to know that our team culture and the opportunity to make a real difference are what stand out for you. You're absolutely right that navigating the aged care reforms is one of the biggest challenges across the sector right now, and we're proud to have dedicated team members like you who embrace that complexity with such care and commitment. Thank you for everything you do. 💙

    Unique and enjoyable!
The good thingsI genuinely enjoy coming to work, which I think says a lot in aged care. The culture amongst care partners is great, people actually look out for each other and there’s a real team environment. Leadership invests in people who are willing to engage with the work and build themselves a career, and if you’re someone who wants to grow quickly, you’ll get exposure to opportunities faster than most places I’ve seen. You can tell leadership are genuinely trying their best to ensure each and every client is looked after and able to remain in their home safely.
The challengesIf I’m being honest, the toughest part isn’t really Trilogy itself, it’s the aged care reforms happening across the sector. Clients are understandably frustrated by constant changes, and as frontline staff you cop a bit of that. Being a high-growth company navigating a once-in-a-generation reform means some processes are still being ironed out, so there are days that test your patience. But that’s the reality of the industry right now, not unique to here.
Communications TeamThank you so much for sharing this — it really does mean a lot. You've captured it beautifully. The reforms have been a big undertaking for everyone across the sector, and the fact that our team continues to show up with such care and dedication for our clients makes us incredibly proud. We're glad you're part of it. 💙

Leaders are genuinely trying and improving things, challenging environment, but can be rewarding.
The good thingsStrong vision and purpose, especially around delivering more cost-effective Support at Home services. The company is growing and investing heavily in technology and AI to improve day-to-day work and reduce admin, which is ahead of many others in the industry. Management do listen. There have been significant pay increases for many employees, with more improvements still being rolled out. There’s also been a big focus on recruitment in order to reduce everyone's case loads and do see reward initiatives to support teams and recognise effort. Managers genuinely care and are trying to balance a lot, especially in a challenging and fast changing environment. It’s clear they’re putting in the work to improve things, even if it’s not always perfect.
The challengesLike most providers, the government reforms have created a fast paced and sometimes intense environment. Workloads can be high and things don’t always run smoothly as the business continues to grow rapidly. One of the bigger challenges is team mindset. When there’s ongoing negativity or constant complaining, it can create a toxic environment and slow everyone down, taking time and energy away from doing good work and supporting clients. It becomes a cycle that impacts the whole team and people get sucked into it. It's funny those who complain and bag the company out are the ones that are underperforming or unreliable which puts pressure on the others to pick up their messes. It’s not an easy environment, as the pace and expectations require resilience and accountability, which isn’t for everyone. Its not perfect, but its not all that bad!!

Great to be in a growing company with a strong future than a shrinking one facing uncertainty.
The good thingsThe onboarding process is better than anything I have seen before, even followed up a month later with department representatives to explain how it all fits in, open question participation, etc. Onboarding training is a lot, but necessary due to the changes in the Aged Care Act. Screening for roles are becoming tougher in my opinion which is good. Significant investment in resources, systems, training and support has been provided to date. Love the monthly socials and overall team/department culture. What started as a relatively “BAU” role for me soon morphed into an active response strategy to complex aged care reforms not many companies in this industry were ready for - great challenge. Really heart warming to listen to my colleagues talk to clients on the phone – genuine care. Like any workplace, individual experiences will vary and you may see some negative reviews based on opinion. What I see day-to-day is a large group of committed people working hard to improve processes.
The challengesThe potential impact of the reform (especially on our clients) was probably not understood before it was actually experienced on 1 November '25, coupled with high company growth at the same time, it led to a time of being constantly reactive and trying to find solutions to the issues faced.
Communications TeamThank you for such a thoughtful review! It's great to hear the onboarding experience stood out, and your observation about the team's genuine care for clients is exactly the culture we strive for. The November reforms were a real test, and we're proud of how everyone leaned in. Glad to have you with us!

DON’T BE SCAMMED BY THE RUBBISH RESPONSES BY THE MARKETING TEAM
    The good thingsAbsolutely nothing!!!!!
The challengesI honestly believe that this place is too far gone to be improved. It’s the absolute worst and if I’m honest with you, if I had loved ones that had a home care package I would NOT be signing up with TC. Reading these ridiculous responses from the marketing team saying that we are working on making this place better, is an ABSOLUTE UTTER LIE! When they try and hide behind the fact that the industry is changing and we are trying to educate our people. This is far from the truth. We don’t even have a trainer. Do you know who has to train the new starters? It’s the already exhausted staff that are on the front line dealing with customers and then having to work towards KPI‘s that aren’t obtainable because we are too busy doing the work of team leaders and managers who sit behind their computers and look at spreadsheets and take meetings all day. Take it from an employee who has endured life here DONT BE SCAMMED BY THE FALSE PROMISE OF A GREAT INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE BECAUSE IT IS 100% NOT THAT

    TOXIC TOXIC TOXIC WORKPLACE
The good thingsNOTHING except my ex colleagues but NOT LEADERSHIP
The challengesThis is, without question, the most toxic workplace I’ve experienced. Everything revolves around profit. More and more clients are taken on, even when there aren’t enough staff to care for them properly. The pressure falls on exhausted teams, and the quality of care suffers. Watching vulnerable elderly clients impacted by these decisions is honestly upsetting. Staff wellbeing means nothing here. Working beyond contracted hours without pay or recognition is just expected. The workload keeps growing, the planning is poor, and employees are left to clean up the mess. You’re pushed to your limit and then asked for more. Morale is rock bottom. People walk out and don’t come back. New starters get little training and are thrown in to sink or swim. If you value your mental health, don’t work here.

Communications TeamWe’re sorry to hear your experience felt this way. We endeavour to help older Australians access better care options, and with the significant changes across the aged care sector and rapid client growth, our teams have been working hard to keep pace with demand. We know this environment can be intense at times and we’re continuously working to improve training, planning and support so both our clients and employees can succeed.

A stressful, poorly supported role with unrealistic expectations that ultimately led to burnout
The good thingsSome staff are nice, approachable and friendly.
The challengesThis role quickly became overwhelming due to unrealistic workloads and very little support. Leadership changed often, micromanagement and genuine concerns about stress and backlogs weren’t really listened to. The pressure was constant and took a real toll on wellbeing. I wouldn’t recommend this workplace if you’re looking for something supportive or sustainable.

Communications TeamThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The aged care industry is evolving rapidly and our organisation has grown quickly as more clients choose Trilogy for support. While many people enjoy the pace and purpose of that work, we recognise it can feel challenging at times. We remain focused on improving support structures and leadership capability so our teams can do their best work while supporting older Australians.

The good thingsNothing good about this cult like business.
The challengesGet rid of unqualified demi gods in middle management. Acquire a soul. Stop the expectation that staff sycophant themselves to petty minded individuals.

Great place to work with a strong sense of purpose
The good thingsYou really get the sense that the organisation is at the cutting edge of the industry and actively trying to drive innovation within the sector. What stands out most is that decisions feel grounded in genuine care for clients, while also valuing and supporting employees. There are great opportunities to meet people from a wide range of professional backgrounds and to learn from others’ experience, which makes the work both interesting and rewarding. Overall, a positive, forward-thinking workplace with meaningful work and good people.
The challengesLike much of the industry, things can move very quickly, particularly with ongoing legislative changes. Some growing pains, requiring a lot of adaptability, but this is very much a shared challenge across the sector.

Great People. Cultural and leadership maturity need attention.
The good thingsTrilogy Care is operating in a highly complex and regulated sector with strong growth ambitions. There are talented, committed individuals across the organisation who genuinely care about outcomes for older Australians. The pace is fast and the work can be interesting for those who thrive in rapidly changing environments.
The challengesThe organisational culture is not people-centred in practice. Leadership approach and decision-making often prioritise delivery at any cost, with limited consideration for employee wellbeing, psychological safety, or individual circumstances. There is minimal flexibility or genuine negotiation, even at senior levels, and support during periods of high workload or change is inconsistent. As is widely reflected in research, people ultimately leave leaders, not roles.A more balanced approach that values staff wellbeing alongside performance would significantly improve retention and long-term outcomes.

Communications TeamThank you for sharing your perspective. Trilogy has evolved significantly to meet new legislation and help more older Australians stay healthy at home. This has required more structure across our teams to ensure we remain a trusted and compliant partner. While these changes can feel challenging, they allow us to provide a better experience for our clients and a more professional environment for our staff. We continue working to improve communication and leadership across the business.
