    Hopeless company, global company with China mentality
    The good thingsTravel incentives, fun activities. Get to travel or to go China.
    The challengesManagement no direction. You can barely know your department people due to because very big. Very high turnover because management dont know what to do. Fight fire with fire.

    The good thingsI enjoy fast working pace environment. Trip.com give me that and remuneration package also generous and attractive when you deliver good results. Minimum supervisory which give me a lot of freedom to make my own decision.
    The challengesFast pace and many new projects sometime can't cope but definitely excited and hard to feel bored.
