“A promising start that ended with confusion and silence.”
The good thingsAt the beginning, I actually enjoyed how fast and responsive the HR team was. The interview felt structured, and the discussion with management gave a good impression that the company values its people. Unfortunately, that impression didn’t last long.
The challengesThe main challenge was the lack of transparency and professionalism during the final stage. Being told to prepare for reporting duty without any official offer letter then getting ghosted is unacceptable. It creates unnecessary false hope and damages the company’s credibility. The management really needs to improve internal coordination and communication between HR and decision-makers. Candidates deserve clarity and respect.

The challengesBecause of the projects gains depends on the world oil/gas price. Sometimes, it quite effected when the oil/gas price drops.

The challengesThe workload and for me was the distance as I travelled every day from one place to another in a 40km journey.
