The interview felt structured, and the discussion with management gave a good impression that the company values its people. Unfortunately, that impression didn’t last long.
The challengesThe main challenge was the lack of transparency and professionalism during the final stage. Being told to prepare for reporting duty without any official offer letter then getting ghosted is unacceptable. It creates unnecessary false hope and damages the company’s credibility. The management really needs to improve internal coordination and communication between HR and decision-makers. Candidates deserve clarity and respect.
