    Not ideal for career development in Group Company Secretarial team
    The good things-Free parking, helping reduce commuting costs -Convenient location
    The challenges-Salary is relatively low compared to the market -Limited exposure and learning opportunities -Few chances to develop or expand skills -Mistakes can sometimes lead to being unfairly labeled as not capable -Presence of toxic behavior from HOD and colleagues, which can affect morale and overall work experience -High pressure in day-to-day tasks

    It is not a Good environment place to work.
    The good thingsParking is available for staff.
    The challengesColleges are not supportive, and Management and HOD have double standards. The learning section for staff also has double standards. Some staff have their learning section, and some do not register for that training.

    Office politics is bad and with no SOP and no ideas to move forward
    The good thingsFree parking and some discounts are given at the malls.
    The challengesOverworked and most of the staffs need to stay back late every day. Working 12-13 hours a day and top it off, some managers are really good at office politics. Shifting blame as usual. We all need to work on weekends and public holidays too! High turnover as well for most dept.

    The challengesSuperior not supportive, anything happened will push you on the top, anything good will only flow back to them. Too tight deadline, over workload, no work life balance Increment and bonus only depends on your superior satisfy with your work or not. Not much increment if no being promoted. Join in the right team follow right boss and superior is important than everything.

    The good thingsWorking environment here is good. Not too stressful. Since I joined here, company never failed to give bonus to their staffs. For sure your KPI must be good in order to get the reward from companies.

    The good thingsSuperiors are supportive and colleagues are helpful and work as a team. Salary paid is above average compare to other competitors in the same property line.
    The challengesNo matter how well is your performance, there is very limited chances given and no career advancement depending on certain superior and department.

    The good things1. learn lots of things 2. colleague and superior are friendly and helpful 3. working environment: new office (no cubical), nearby MRT, shopping

OT is a norm, at least until 7.30pm or more, sometimes you have to work during weekend if you really want to meet deadline 5. workload somehow imbalance 6. staff benefits: so so only
