    it is really depends on what u wan
    The good things1. learn lots of things 2. colleague and superior are friendly and helpful 3. working environment: new office (no cubical), nearby MRT, shopping
    The challenges1. Tight deadline 2. workload is overwhelming 3. workload doesn't really match with your workload 4. OT is a norm, at least until 7.30pm or more, sometimes you have to work during weekend if you really want to meet deadline 5. workload somehow imbalance 6. staff benefits: so so only
