    Good experience for local company
    The good thingsI had a very supportive boss. Although the boss is challenging to work with, it is still doable if you understand what the boss wants.
    The challengesThe work culture of the company is very difficult to adapt. Your peers have old mindset and want to stay in the company forever. They like the way it is and never intend to change, unless the management asked to change. They will follow. If you are young (less than 35 years old), I am not recommending because it's very tough.

    The Environment is NOT Conducive
    The good thingsExposure to Indonesia laws and regulations, that's it!
    The challengesThe position I has has seen numerous and countless staff resigning or leaving due to unreasonable demands from the management. Staff and co-workers are keeping to themselves and not sharing information. A lot of decision making was quite haphazard and also prejudice, and there are many issues yet to be resolved.

    The challengesTop management is not behaving pro and talking sarscastic. Everything must do in their ways. There are many companies better than it. Turnover is extremely high at senior level.
