    The good thingsI had a very supportive boss. Although the boss is challenging to work with, it is still doable if you understand what the boss wants.
    The challengesThe work culture of the company is very difficult to adapt. Your peers have old mindset and want to stay in the company forever. They like the way it is and never intend to change, unless the management asked to change. They will follow. If you are young (less than 35 years old), I am not recommending because it's very tough.

    The challengesLimited time is given to the new comer to adapt to total different working culture, only concern about the output. The co worker and office atmosphere are relatively indifferent, lack of communication.

    The challengesThe position I has has seen numerous and countless staff resigning or leaving due to unreasonable demands from the management. Staff and co-workers are keeping to themselves and not sharing information. A lot of decision making was quite haphazard and also prejudice, and there are many issues yet to be resolved.

    No career development, low salary & benefit.
    The good thingsFresh graduates can exposed themselves on working experiences.
    The challengesCompany does not concern on employee career development, it is hard to get competency training that related to work. Minimum salary for workers are keep increasing as government introduced new act/order, but salary for executive level still the same like 10 years ago. Executive salary need to be revised. Most employees might have lack motivation to work as salary is low & no benefit such as allowance is given.

    The challengesYou won’t have job security here, no encouragement for career growth and personal enhancement. Your “shelf life” is always getting shorter when you did one thing wrong or can’t cope up. Sorry there are better companies to join that here.

    You'll never have job security in this company
    The good thingsColleagues are generally good and friendly Team work are there
    The challengesEmployees always feel insecure working here. From the past experience of my ex colleagues, specially senior management, employees are always not being valued of what they have contributed. Many times, employees are being asked to leave the company just because they are deemed to be as non performing employees which they have been blamed for other people's fault.

Staff joy corner with no limit when you can visit 3. Gamer & Karaoke system where all staff can use after working hours 4. Monthly and festival celebration so all staff can get to know each other Besides the above, the company is embracing \"zero\" work politic working environment
    The challengesFew challenges are; 1. Be prepared to know everything of what you are doing and yet, you have to manage it as not a doer 2. Very very very high expectation from the departmental heads and top management 3. Sometimes very little time is give for new comers for the learning curve

    The good thingsGood pay master in terms of Salary & Bonus.
    The challengesThis is one Company where you can't shake your legs, every day is a new working day because every work you do must have a daily footprint in the form of Close Orders. This is a very good practice because by so doing everyone involved will be truly accountable....not a mere lip service. Period.

    The good thingsVery supportive bosses. I enjoyed working because every thing base on system. I enhance my experience and career with TSH. I joined as SM Plantation and promoted to AGM Plantation & GM of Group Management. Very transparent and systematic company.
    The challengesI really enjoyed working with TSH. All the effort and hardworking translated with promotion. Strictly follow the KPI and will be rewarded base on performances. Supportive top management. Strictly follow the SOP procedures and check & balance.
