The challengesCompany does not concern on employee career development, it is hard to get competency training that related to work. Minimum salary for workers are keep increasing as government introduced new act/order, but salary for executive level still the same like 10 years ago. Executive salary need to be revised. Most employees might have lack motivation to work as salary is low & no benefit such as allowance is given.
