    The good thingsThis is a telco catching up with the major players. They have been coming up with numerous marketting plans to compete with the others. A good place to experience the growing nature of a company. Chance to be a part of the progress and contribute to the company when it really matters. A great stepping stone to develop ones career and to learn to work under pressure.
    The challengesLike all growing companys, there are many areas that still needs polishing. Work is not merely playing your role based on your job discription. It involves many diversification of tasks and ad hoc datelines. Processes are not entirely in place so dont hope to just do your job and go back on time if you plan to get a good review.
