    The good thingsBeen with Globee for 2 years and still counting. There are alot of benefits eg annual health check, yearly increment, rewards vouchers and incentive plan. Opportunities eg Internal promotion

    Supportive Leaders with flexibility
    The good thingsI am grateful for the job even during Covid-19 and lockdown. They have annual increment and other allowances like Annual Medical Health Checkup. If you approach the leaders for help. They will try to solve your problems. The leaders have a flexible mindset with a friendly attitude.
    The challengesIt’s a very fasts growing company. The employee to supervisor ratio is difficult to maintain. The current HR department is way better than before. They are trying bring in a organised system to reduce the burden on any individual employee.

    Serious Politics Issue

    The challengesHate to work in a company with politic culture. Really hard to work with employee who come from Aegis BPO. The quality of Aegis's staffs are real low.

    The good thingsGlobee is a start up and very focused to grow. Joining the company means you are a pioneer and it has the following characteristics:- - Ambitious and innovative - Changing the BPO landscape - Talented people - Diverse culture and expertise
    The challenges- Start up requires "jack of all trades" at times but it can be good if you like that type of work. - erratic work schedule as new businesses are being onboarded
