    I meet lots of people from different background and have to master variety of business industry as UEM Group Operating Companies have a wide range of operations.
    The good thingsI got to learn and work with different mentors. A lots of benefits in term of bonus, accomodation, transportation, and health. Working in a big company give you a wider opportunity.
    The challengesHave to play politics as a government linked company. It'll be hard for newcomes to contribute new ideas as there're many people with years of experiences and practice hierarchy system.
