    Great working environment and culture.
    The good thingsThe manager and senior employee there are very supportive and willing to teach and guide you as long as you don't shy to ask and show your eagerness that you want to get the job done. In terms of company as a whole, it's a great company with a great working environment. Every quarter there will be a sport event between department which you get opportunity to join and get to know other worker from the other department. There are more than 5 clubs where worker can join as part of their hobby. As a employee, there will be a lot of benefit you can get especially when you want to buy a car and a house.

    The challengesTop management team continues to enjoy the perks and high salaries and not willing to cut top management staff salaries whereas other long and loyal working staff get retrenched with little compensation. Not fair.

    The good thingsLearning experience was great here. It's a big family! Learnt the working culture at Toyota. I was willing to learn and provide solutions to many employees where they prefer looking for me because I could get things done.
    The challengesToo many complaints to handle because it's a big company and I was in charge of employees throughout Malaysia. But this gave me the experience so many complaints effectively.

    The good thingsgood colleagues to work with. good boss always patient and guiding. friendly atmosphere and they take care of their staff very well. alot of amenities. if i wasn't on contract i think i would have stayed there until i retire.
