    Poor management and unfair retrenchment for long working loyal staff
    The good thingsBonus and medical benefits
    The challengesTop management team continues to enjoy the perks and high salaries and not willing to cut top management staff salaries whereas other long and loyal working staff get retrenched with little compensation. Not fair.
