The good thingsWhen you join the company, training will be provided during your 1st month so that every counsellor is on the same page and have the time to adapt to the company's values.
After training, you'll be guided by your peers to adapt to on the job tasks. If you're unsure of something and if you can't solve it within 5 minutes, you need to ask for help. So you don't need to feel like you're alone.
The whole company has a young and vibrant working environment with mostly fresh graduates, in their late 20s or early 30s. To give you more context, even the management team like CEO, COO and CTO are sitting beside regular employees, you won't see them sitting in isolated rooms. During chill sessions, there'll be card games and the company will organize employee activities like bowling, badminton, makan sessions and so on.
