    The good things- A fast paced and hyper growing company. - Highly competitive environment , talented people, well run business - The culture is focused on continuous development not just the company, for their employees as well as they believe the real success is to grow together. - Great place to work with lots of opportunities given. I was given the opportunity to manage marketing campaigns of a project (EduKaji). I get to work with different departments and able to understand the whole project in a bigger picture which is a great exposure. - Flat Hierarchy with openness to try out new ideas. Manager is willing to listen to suggestions with open heart, always trying out new things for better improvements. Feel free to voice out anything, they really care. - Manager is extremely supportive and every time I speak to him I learn something new. He is very passionate and knowledgeable.
    The challengesCould be stressful at first but the learning is definitely worthwhile.
