You get to have basic knowledge about movie publisihing in Malaysia like brand partnership, promotions, publicity and last but not least, you get to have a strong networking with a lot of people.
The challengesManagement here is below average. There's no straight forward SOP here for all job scopes and there's no career advancement. A micro-managing management.
