Good experience but needs some work
The good thingsThe team in general is quite helpful but it really depends on your reporting line. As long as you can cope with hitting numbers and have minimal guidance, you would can manage here
The challengesAs the good things stated, there is minimal guidance and much work to be done. You may have some leaders who know how to work with you rather than just expect results. Other departments will differ in this experience based on the business or team you join in the Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Program (FSTEP). Tip for first time employees, always know who you're working for (your immediate supervisor) then you can really see how much they can guide you.

The good thingsDo provide some comprehensive training and support from the teams. The working environment is very friendly, and the employee welfare here is awesome.
The challengesSome of the access may take times for the employee, this may cause some inconvenient when doing customer servicing.

    Unprofessional company
The good thingsNice office. Nice pantry. Free flow coffee. Lots of parties if you are a party person. Good benefits which you can claim a variety of things.
The challengesThey do employee satisfaction survey but employee were told to vote on certain score so the department scores well or looks good, which in the beginning on the next year, they celebrate that employee satisfaction score has improved? Employee has no choice as they were afraid bonus will be cut if they choose lower score. Management likes to organise party. Personally think it will be better to just distribute the party money in the performance bonus pool. Sometimes you could be forced to attend the parties. You are allowed to work from home, but with no access to most of the system. There are weekly compliance briefings that you need to attend, which chosen people will read a variety of topics from presentation slides to everyone. Might as well just distribute the slides? Promotion is fast if you do sales, but for non sales role it could takes 4 to 5 years even if you performed well.

Great place to start your career with and expand beyond that!
The good thingsFlexible working (3 days WIO, 2 days WFH) Great management (positive outlook of the Senior Leadership Team) Transparency across the management
The challengesCan be overwhelming especially during project periods. Need to be more visible to the higher ups if you are ambitious to climb the corporate ladder. Be prepared to work in multiple roles Increment and promotion opportunities are really underwhelming

    good
The good thingsWith my previous company, I greatly admired their support and desire for growth in their employees. I was privileged to be able to take advantage of their in-house training and their flexible scheduling allowed me to complete my undergraduate degree while working there. This same reason was one of the things that drew me most to you as you also offer continuing education benefits and show great love for your employees. If you’re looking for an exceptional way to answer this question, tying in your admiration for your potential employer while also highlighting one of your strengths is the way to go.
The challengesI really enjoyed working for my previous company and appreciated the great people and overall atmosphere. As my time in that position drew to a close, I gave this question a lot of thought. With my great love for working as a team, it was difficult to work away from the rest of the company which was all located out of state. I’m looking forward to collaborating and working together with friends and colleagues again. Showing your hiring manager that you would be an exceptional candidate for the position is as simple as answering professionally and positively while remaining honest and open.
