    Good Company
The good thingsGood company, having great benefit like bonuses, company dinner, provide training to workers. Opportunity to learn and advance career.
The challengesManagement is very hard to tolerate, will give more stress to comply the needs from management plus need to comply with authority. Challenges is there, whoever try to cope, we really salute him/her.

The good thingsThe factory is isolated in the midst of palm oil plantation. This could be the reason why the company pays high salary for a fresh graduate. The boss gave good orientation to fresh graduates, gave good support to the staff by making weekly visits to the plant and made the effort to personally talked to the workers on problems & challenges faced in the operation.
The challengesThe plant is a mineral water bottling plant so the biggest challenge is the location of the plant is located so deep inside the plantation because the plant is built at the source of mineral water. Recruiting staff is a big challenge. Besides location, there is less job satisfaction as only one product (mineral water) is produced. Job boredom kicks in few months after a person is on board.
