    The challengesI didn’t enjoy the repetitive tasks in my last role, but I realized that they were unavoidable. So, I made a system where I broke up the work so that I could focus on more exciting projects in between, and still get all the work done by the end of the day

    The good thingsI have a time to settle down my design job. At the same time, the university is full of program and I have a chance to meet new people in different agency. I have improving on my communication skill and how to handle stressful time. I have a very understanding employer, attractive, ambitious and he loves to give an advice to all his employee. Working with a young leader makes me to become more confident and independent.
    The challengesThere aren't many employees in the office so that we need to be multitasked and the management should offer a better salary to new employee. Have no chance to travel outside the country to do a company visit. Some of staff need to do some visit (especially a designer) to get a lot of ideas and inspiration.

    Opportunities to become more skillful personnel
    The good thingsvery good employee benefits packages such as outpatient clinic coverage, umrah leaves, dental/spectacles etc. excellent teamwork effort. although the workload can come in a large sum but we shall always manage to finish it up smoothly.
    The challengesCompany doesn't allocate any bonuses for the past more than 7 years which sometimes demotivate staff to excel more in their performances. there are some small increments yearly but subject to your KPI achievement.

    The good thingsIn UniKL always have the opportunities to learn more and do more. Employer always encourage to upgrade our-self in term of education or technical term. They also encourage their employee to take any opportunities come within UniKL for their career development.
    The challengesThe challenges comes when UniKL as TVET university always upgrade their machinery or equipment to the new one and as a worker, I need to be updated with current machinery or equipment and also the regulations that involve regarding that.

    The good thingsIts a large university with many employees being around for a number of years, hence the there are high percentage of loyalty. The university fridge benefits continue to improve over time reflecting the company awareness to provide a better working environment.
